Charlie Reid is a Public Health Practitioner, Neuropsychologist and Certified Holistic Health and Transformational Coach. She specializes in helping women to thrive through the physical and emotional rollercoaster of menopause, guiding them to a new level of being where they become stronger, healthier, leaner and more joyful than they’ve ever been before.


Trained in health, holistic nutrition and mindset mastery, she refuses to buy into the conventional wisdom that supplementation with artificial hormones and Prozac are the only answer to “dealing with”menopause.

Instead, her unique approach equips women with knowledge, tools and support to navigate the natural menopause transition and step into the most authentic and purposeful prime of their life.

Through group programs and one-on-one coaching, Charlie challenges current narratives and treatment of menopause as either a medical condition to be eradicated or an inconvenience to be ignored.


Charlie says: “There is no magic herb or food that will immediately reverse hormone imbalance. Instead, women need a roadmap: a proven alternative pathway that connects them to steps that reset, restore and revitalize their internal systems, so they can start listening to their bodies. And to eat better, feel better and live better in the process, resulting in a more purposeful, fulfilling life.”
